All prices are per room per night based on two people sharing and include full English breakfast, afternoon tea, newspaper and VAT unless stated otherwise.

We are unable to accept group bookings of more than three rooms out of consideration for our other guests.

There is a discount of 25% for single occupancy.

Check in time is after 2pm. Check out time is by 11am.

Rates are subject to change by the management.

A deposit of £50 per room is required on booking to secure your reservation. The deposit will be forfeited in the event of cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival, unless we re-let the room. If cancellation is made within 48 hours of the date of arrival you will be charged for one night's accommodation unless the room is re-let.
